Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
3. Shipping Costs:
- Standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.99.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States.
- Expedited and express shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery Locations: We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided.
6. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).
7. Lost or Stolen Packages: Gaia Athletica is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.
