Do you have a quality guarantee?
Absolutely. RHEA offers a 2-year, 100% quality guarantee on all pieces. If you experience any issues—pilling, degradation of materials, rips, seam problems, or anything else—I will replace your piece, no questions asked.
This guarantee stands even if the damage was accidental. I value every person who chooses RHEA and want you to be completely happy with your pieces. Simply email me at sarah@rheaactive.com, and if possible, ship the piece back. I'll send you a replacement right away.
Your satisfaction and trust matter more than anything.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 2-7 business days via USPS, or based on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
I personally promise to ship all orders within 3 days of purchase—or your money back. Your order matters, and I make sure it gets to you quickly.
How should I care for my RHEA pieces?
To keep your pieces in pristine condition:
- Wash with similar fabrics in cold water
- Hang dry (avoid the dryer to preserve stretch and shape)
- For Transform™ pieces: Remove all attachments before washing
- Wash sleeves, straps, and the skirt in a mesh bag to protect the long straps and delicate components

What sizes do you offer?
Currently, RHEA offers sizes Small through Large for most pieces.
The Transform™ collection, which recently launched, ranges from XS to XL. As RHEA grows, I'm committed to expanding sizing across all pieces—it's essential that women of all sizes have access to quality, sustainable activewear.

Are your products sustainable?
Yes. Sustainability is at the core of everything RHEA creates.
- Recycled materials: The majority of our pieces use recycled polyester and spandex, and we're transitioning all pieces to recycled materials
- Transform™ collection: Every piece in the Transform™ line uses 100% recycled materials
- Sustainable packaging: We use recycled poly bags and cardboard boxes
- Made locally: Most pieces are produced in Downtown LA, reducing our carbon footprint

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, RHEA ships internationally. Shipping rates vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to you.

How does the Transform™ system work?
The Transform™ system features patent-pending modular attachments that allow you to configure your activewear in 20+ different ways.
Sleeves: Hidden buttonholes are located under the arms on the side lining panel. Slide the sleeve buttons into the holes and pull on the elastic to confirm they're secure.
Straps: Small loops are sewn into the lining of the top. Attach the G-hooks on the straps to any of these loops. Straps are adjustable and can be positioned wherever you prefer.
Skirt: Can be tied in multiple ways—worn as a top over any base piece, or as a skirt paired with the romper/shorts version.
All attachments work with all base pieces, giving you maximum versatility.
Why are the Transform™ attachments sold separately?
Because the attachments work with all base pieces, you don't need duplicates cluttering your closet.
By purchasing attachments separately, you can own multiple base pieces and interchange them with the same sleeves, straps, and skirt. This approach saves you money, reduces waste, and gives you more outfit combinations with fewer items.
It's sustainability and versatility in one.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, but I'm happy to be flexible if you need more time.
