Standard Sizing
RHEA follows standard US sizing. Most pieces are available in Small through Large, with the Transform™ collection ranging from XS to XL.

Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly by style. When in doubt, reference the specific product page for fit notes.
How to Measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 7-9 inches below your waistline
For the most accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and measure over bare skin or lightweight clothing.

Our fabrics move with you, offering gentle compression that enhances your natural shape while allowing full range of motion. You should feel held, not constricted.
Most pieces are true to size. Specific fit notes are provided on each product page.

If you're between sizes, here's what I recommend:
- For a more compressive fit: Size down
- For a more relaxed fit: Size up
- For Transform™ pieces: If unsure, size up for comfort and versatility across multiple configurations
