Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Need more time? I'm happy to be flexible. Reach out to me directly at sarah@rheaactive.com and we'll work something out. Your satisfaction matters more than a deadline.

Condition

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We understand that trying on activewear is important, but please ensure pieces are returned in re-sellable condition.

Process

How to Start a Return

Returning a RHEA piece is simple:

  1. Email me at sarah@rheaactive.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
  2. I'll provide you with a return shipping address and any additional instructions
  3. Ship your item(s) back securely (I recommend using a trackable shipping method)
  4. Once I receive your return, I'll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly labeled on the product page.

Email me at sarah@rheaactive.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for. I'll send you the new item as soon as I receive your original piece back.

2-Year Quality Guarantee

If you experience any issues with your RHEA piece (pilling, seam problems, degradation of materials, or anything else) within 2 years of purchase, I'll replace it. No questions asked.
